All sales are final upon shipping the item if you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before item has been shipped in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken or if item has not been received past the final 6 weeks due to a clerical error.
If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 90 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
